パントンについて - Returned Goods Policy and Procedures


ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility of requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.

Return processing may take up to 2 business days from the time your return is received.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Defective products may be returned to us provided our manufacturer's warranty has not expired. You will need to provide a customer proof-of-purchase to validate warranty status. Defective products may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion.

RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM

Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Customer is responsible for freight charges back to Pantone.

SOFTWARE AND CONSUMABLES

Opened software and consumables (.i.e, swatch cards and replacement pages) are not returnable.

COLOR FORECASTING PRODUCTS

All sales of PANTONE color forecasting products such as the View Colour Planner and View Home, etc... are final. Because of the proprietary information contained in these products, we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To help ensure timely processing of your product return, please follow the steps listed below before returning any product to PANTONE, LLC.

Before returning a product, you MUST first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization through our web site or from our customer service department. To request an RMA number, go to (www.pantone.com/returns); email Pantone's Customer Service Department (pantoneorders@pantone.com) or call 201-935-5500 during business hours (9:00 am- 5:00 pm, Eastern U.S. time)

Pantone will not be responsible for returns without an RMA number. You must ship the product to Pantone within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number from Pantone and MUST follow these steps:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Pantone and for which you received an RMA number
  • All products must be 100% complete, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment
  • Include RMA number provided by Pantone on the outside of the box
  • Include RMA form provided by Pantone inside of the box
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

Upon receipt of your return, Pantone will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling subject to this policy.

Pantone's return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by PANTONE improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.
