グラフィック - Pantone Color Cross-reference

Please Note: The Pantone X-Ref tool is out of date (deprecated) and will be discontinued by October 9, 2020. Similar functionality with an improved interface and up-to-date color data is available in Pantone Connect and can be accessed from that software via the web (i.e., Color Finder), mobile app, and Adobe®design extension.

In Pantone Connect, you can cross-reference between Pantone Color Systems by accessing the Menu > Convert > Pantone to Pantone option. All colors and color systems are available to cross reference.
