I am trying to register my PANTONE product and receive a message that the 'serial number cannot be found in the database'. How can I get my product registered, and obtain the PANTONE Color Manager software?This situation is often due to misinterpreted characters in the serial number. Listed below are the most common 'problem' characters:
- Lower-case l as in letter, misinterpreted as upper-case I as in Iowa
- Numeric Zero (0) misinterpreted as upper-case O as in Ohio
